No places show for my city. The place catalogue opens one city at a time. Cities that are not open yet do not appear in the city picker, while city search inside the picker stays available. This is a temporary state during rollout, not a fault.

Sign-in fails. Check your internet connection, then try one of the other available sign-in methods (Apple, Google or email).

A friend could not vote. An outing card opens from its link in the browser with no account and no app download. Check that the link is complete and that the card has not expired.

A plan expired without a decision. The plan's organiser can start a new round, lock an explicit choice, adopt a suggested alternative time, or cancel. No option is ever adopted automatically and silently.

After signing in, you can report rating content or its visibly attributed author from the rating card, and report another member from a shared group's screen. You can also block a visible rating author or shared group member, and manage blocks under Account → Settings → Blocked users.

A personal block hides each party's public ratings from the other while signed in. It does not remove group membership, votes, plan results or plan updates. Reports enter the moderation queue, with an operating target to triage and take appropriate action within twenty-four hours; action may include removing content or suspending an account.
